Meet the Board of Directors
Curtis was born in San Marcos TX and attended Southwest Texas State University, where he met is wonderful wife of 20+ years, Suni. They have a 13 year old son (Paxton) who is in the 7th grade at the Episcopal School of Jacksonville. The Parks family have moved quite frequently through the years, living in Nevada, Texas, and 4 different cities in Florida. They have called Jacksonville home since 2007. A family entertainment and attractions veteran, Curtis is the Managing Partner / COO of Icon Attractions LLC, a company that provides management and development services for third-party owners of water parks, theme parks, and attractions.
Kristin was born and spent her childhood in a small town in Michigan between Ann Arbor and Detroit. She has a younger brother and sister that have also migrated to Jacksonville where they live with their families. Kristin and her husband Rodney along with their 5 children are active with the Church of Eleven 22. Kristin and her husband are majority shareholders in Legacy Trust Family Wealth Offices and Kristin serves as the CEO and Chairman.
Bob Baldwin is Executive Director of PARC Foundation. PARC Foundation is the “Heart” of PARC Management, a values driven company with humble beginnings, has always understood that healthy families are essential ingredients for healthy communities. Bob’s extensive nonprofit and small business experience has provided the new foundation the ability to quickly live out its mission. Bob’s background includes corporate, small business and nonprofit experiences. Prior to working with the PARC Foundation Bob was Sr. Vice President, Jacksonville Chamber of Commerce. Bob was in the restaurant business with Morrisons Inc for 15 years. Bob and his wife owned and operated a small business for six years.
Michael was born in St. Louis, MO. He attended Oral Roberts University in Tulsa, Oklahoma, and moved to Jacksonville, FL in 2004. He and his wife, Jennifer, have three children: Dawson, Ethan, and Ashlin. Michael is a Mortgage Servicing Executive at Bank of America. The Cloin family attends Southpoint Community Church in Jacksonville.
Katherine was born in Denver, Colorado, and grew up in Shreveport, LA. She came from a diverse Christian life as she was a member of a Presbyterian church, graduated from St. Vincent’s Academy Catholic High School, and sang weekly with the Youth Baptist Choir! She is a graduate of Louisiana Tech University and married for 30+ years to Bradford Way. They are members of Chet’s Creek Church. She is the President of Katherine Way Collections – a line of women’s apparel who want to feel young and energetic and are searching for stylish, fashionably appropriate clothing.
David Davis, an Executive Vice President, and Commercial Relationship Manager, with BBVA Compass, has been with the bank for 25 years. During this time he has lived in Houston, TX and Birmingham, AL. David started his banking career in 1984 with Florida National Bank. He graduated from Stetson University with a degree in Business Administration and was a member of Pi Kappa Alpha fraternity. His MBA was from Jacksonville University. Active in the North Florida community, he serves as a Trustee and member of the Board of Governors for Jax Chamber, is on the TaxSlayer Bowl Committee and the Jacksonville Sports Council Charitable Contribution Board. David is active at Beach United Methodist Church, serving as Chairman of the Leadership Board and a board member for 7north. He has been married to Tammy for 31 years and has two grown children.
Anamaria Bishop was born in Colombia, South America. While growing up in Colombia, South Florida was a frequent family vacation destination, and she decided to make it her permanent home when she moved to Fort Lauderdale after her high school graduation. She graduated from college in South Florida where she pursued a business career in the Consumer Goods and Natural Product industry while attending a local Christian church. Anamaria currently serves as the Chief Operating Officer of Symphony Environmental USA, here in Jacksonville, a company providing environmental and health solutions for plastics packaging applications in the consumer products industry. She attends Celebration Church with her family while she serves as a leader with the Sisterhood-Woman’s ministry.
Christine Wier was born in Bethesda, MD. She and her husband, Jeff, and their daughters, Rachel and Hannah, attend the Church of Eleven 22. Christine is a Realtor with Keller Williams Atlantic Partners and also serves does Marketing Consulting for their family business Chick-fil-A @ Beach and Hodges.
James “Jimbo” R. Stockton,III is a native of Jacksonville and has lived here his entire life with short stints in New York City and Kenya, Africa. He has two wonderful boys, Jamie (25 and in Bible College) and Bobby (22 and in J.U. playing Lacrosse). He has been a Real Estate Broker for 33 years and is active in all aspects of Real Estate Brokerage, Development and Investments. Jim has been on the board of various government, civic, charitable and professional organizations, but has turned his focus toward Christian causes.
After graduating from the University of South Carolina, Charley Christie, born in Cincinnati and raised in Camden, South Carolina, served in multiple executive capacities in both a large and small pharmaceutical companies. He joined a start up pharmaceutical company, Key Pharmaceuticals. He then founded The Christie Company, which has successfully provided executive leadership, management, and sales training services to the Biotech/Pharma industry for 25 years. He has also authored three management and sales models. Charley and his wife Rebecca served for 6 years in the international mission field in Israel, Ukraine, and Scotland. In 2001 they adopted their son John from Ukraine just before his 11th birthday. Since 2003 the ministry focus has become more domestic as he most recently held the position of Executive Director for Lifework Leadership of Jacksonville.
John hails from Racine, Wisconsin, one of eight kids. He graduated from the US Naval Academy, served 7 adventure packed years in naval aviation, and married a local Orange Park gal, Teresa, whom he met while stationed at NAS Jax. Following the Navy, John pursued a sales management career that took his family on numerous relocations throughout the eastern US. After obtaining his MBA at Kellogg while living in Chicago, John’s passion turned to B2B marketing, which eventually led him and his family back to Jacksonville as the Director of Marketing for Armor Holdings. John is a business coach and the Florida Area Representative for FocalPoint, a global coaching and professional training company. John has served volunteer roles for the NE FL Boy Scouts and is also on the Board for the Jacksonville Chapter of the US Naval Academy Alumni Assoc. He and Teresa have two Gator undergrads and they attend Chets Creek Church.
Meet the Board of Directors Emeritus
Randy Drew, CEO of PARC Entertainment and its affiliated companies, founded PARC in 2007 to use family entertainment as a marketplace ministry to strengthen children, families, and the communities served. He previously served as CEO of V3 Capital Strategies, which provided turnaround management and investment banking services to private and public companies, and was an equity partner with McGuire Woods, heading its Entertainment and Sports Law Team. Randy graduated from Florida State University with degrees in Finance and Business Administration and from the Levin School of Law at the University of Florida, where he was a member of the Trial Competition Team and Law Review. He was instrumental in bringing Lifework Leadership to the First Coast and is the Lifework Leadership First Coast Board Chair Emeritus. He also serves on the Board of Directors of Leadership Foundations, serving as Chairman of its Finance and Administration Committee. He was named as CEO of the Year by the Jacksonville Business Journal in 2009. Randy’s family has lived in Jacksonville for over six generations and he and his wife Deborah are members of Redeemer Anglican Church.
W. Shane Hunt “Shane” was born and raised in Dayton, Ohio. Shane is President and CEO of Caduceus Consulting. Caduceus Consulting is a financial planning company that focuses on the unique financial needs of the medical community. Prior to focusing on the medical community, Shane was Vice President of IMG Capital Management. During his tenure the company managed nearly 700 million dollars in assets that included individual families and government institutions including the State of Florida’s fixed income treasury account. In addition, to Shane’s fourteen years experience in the financial industry, Shane is also a proud veteran of the United States Navy where he earned multiple medals and citations for his commitment and leadership to his country. Today Shane applies the same disciplines, integrity, and commitment to detail to ensure his client relationships receive top notch, white glove service and experience. Shane has lived in Jacksonville Beach for over 16 years and is happily married to his wife Jennifer.
